Your first visit

Who greets you and what happens, step by step

About an hour the first time. Nobody starts a treatment until you know the cost and say yes.

  1. 01

Step 1: Celeste answers, in your language

Call or message us on WhatsApp. Celeste answers in Spanish or English, finds a time and answers your questions about cost.

  2. 02

    Step 2: Saúl welcomes you

Saúl takes you to the room and explains what will happen. If you bring children, they can see the chair first.

  3. 03

Step 3: The dentist talks with you and checks

Dr. Gallardo or Dr. Treviño asks what is on your mind, checks your teeth and gums, and takes X-rays only if needed.

  4. 04

Step 4: You get the cost in writing

If you need treatment, the estimate lists each step and its cost. Take it home and decide in your own time.

  5. 05

Step 5: Celeste sets your next visit

Before you go, Celeste gives you an itemized receipt and finds your next visit, if you need one.

In your language

We speak your language, including when it comes to cost

Bills, forms and questions are easier when they are explained in your own language.

At the front desk you can speak Spanish or English, whichever suits you. If you come with your mother, your spouse or your children, everyone can ask their questions. Each person on the team says which languages they speak, and nobody asks you to decide in the chair.

Questions

Before you call

Do you speak Spanish?

Yes. Celeste, Dr. Gallardo, Dr. Treviño and Saúl speak Spanish and English, and each says so on their profile. This site is also in Spanish.

Will you tell me the cost before we start?

Yes. Anything beyond a routine visit comes with a written estimate, and we start nothing until you say yes.

Do you take Medicaid or CHIP?

Ask us before your visit. We'll confirm whether your coverage applies at this office and what it covers, and we won't promise anything we can't deliver.

Do you see children?

Yes. For a baby or a very young child, call and Celeste will explain what the first visit is like.

What should I bring to my first visit?

A photo ID, your dental plan card if you have one and any X-rays you have. Fill in your health history on our private portal, not by message.

Ask for your visit and know the cost first

Send a request or message us on WhatsApp, and Celeste will answer with a time. Please don't include health details; if it is urgent, call us.
