How fees work
What many families ask first, in the order they ask it. No price here is a promise: the figure that counts is the one in your written estimate.
If you pay yourself
Many families pay at the visit. You know the cost before we start, in writing, and you don't have to decide on the spot: you can take the estimate home.

An estimate in advance
If you pay without insurance, we give you a written estimate before any treatment, when you schedule or whenever you ask. It lists the visit, each step we expect and the cost of each.

Dental plans, Medicaid and CHIP
Ask us about your plan before the visit. Celeste checks whether your plan applies with us and tells you what she finds, without promising what the plan decides. The same goes for Medicaid and CHIP: ask before you come and we confirm where our office stands with your coverage.

An itemized receipt
After each visit we give you an itemized receipt. If your plan reimburses, you can send it in; whether the plan pays, and how much, is the plan's decision.
Itemized, every visit
Procedure codes on request
Checking your benefits
Before the first visit, Celeste helps you see what your plan says. You can also call the number on your card and ask what it covers for a cleaning and exam.

What the first visit includes
About an hour: a talk about what worries you, an exam with the dentist, X-rays only if she needs them, and a written estimate before any treatment. You fill in your health history in person or on our private portal, not by message.
A talk, then an exam
X-rays only if needed
The practice replaces these answers with its own.
Ask before you come
Celeste can give you a range for a routine visit by phone. Call or message us on WhatsApp, and leave health details out of any message.
