Questions
Questions we hear most
If yours isn't here, call or send a message. Please leave out health details.
Do you take my dental plan?
Ask us before the visit. Celeste checks whether your plan applies with us and tells you what she finds; what the plan pays is the plan's decision.
What if I have no insurance?
You pay for the visit, and you get the cost in writing before any treatment. You can take the estimate home to decide.
Do you accept Medicaid or CHIP?
Ask us before you come. Celeste confirms where our office stands with your coverage, and we promise nothing the coverage doesn't decide.
Will it hurt?
Most people feel pressure and some tenderness. We numb the area when it is needed, you can ask for a break any time, and we stop whenever you ask.
Do you see children?
Yes. If your child is very young or nervous, call first so we can plan the visit. You stay beside them the whole time.
How often do I need X-rays and a cleaning?
The dentist decides from your exam and history, and tells you why before taking X-rays.
What is a deep cleaning?
A more careful cleaning of the tooth roots under the gums, for gums that have pulled away. The dentist shows you why she suggests it.
What counts as a dental emergency?
A broken or knocked-out tooth, swelling or a toothache that won't ease. Call us. If you have trouble breathing or swallowing, call 911.
Can you see me the same day?
We try when we can, and we can't promise it. Call and we tell you the next available time.
Do you speak Spanish?
Yes. Dr. Gallardo, Dr. Treviño, Celeste and Saúl speak Spanish and English. You can ask for your visit in the language you prefer.
What do I bring to the first visit?
A photo ID, a list of your medicines, any X-rays you have and your dental plan card, if you have one.
Can I change or cancel my visit?
Yes. Call us or message us on WhatsApp as soon as you can and we will find another time.
Ask for a visit, and get the cost first
